This is an example of a “breakout story”.  Suppose while writing the feature story you came across someone who has a really interesting story that supports your article, you could present something like this… “Margaret Thatcher, a social dancer from Leeds, used her stimulus check to buy fabric and in her now spare time, devoted her efforts to making PPE for essential workers”.  We could use their photo or a stock photo when none available.
